  • Original tags (if applicable) are still attached

  • The request is submitted within the approved return window

Only items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered are eligible for return or exchange.

3. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size only.

  • Color, design, or product changes are not supported.

  • Each item is eligible for one exchange request only.

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

7. Return Authorization
